At "i get it.", all of our products are printed on demand meaning each item is freshly produced just for you after you place your order. Because of this, our return and refund policy varies depending on where you are located.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or materially different from what was shown on our website, we will gladly offer you a free replacement or a full refund regardless of your location. To report a defective or damaged item, please contact us within 14 days of delivery at info@igetitproject.com.
Please include the following in your message:
- Your order number
- A clear photo of the defect or damage
- A brief description of the issue
We will review your claim within 2 business days and arrange a replacement shipment or a full refund to your original payment method.
Returns for Customers in the United States, Canada, Australia and other not mentioned countries
As our products are custom printed on demand specifically for each order, we are unable to accept returns for change of mind, wrong size selection, or buyer's remorse.
We do accept returns and provide full refunds or replacements if:
- The product arrived damaged during shipping
- The product has a manufacturing defect (e.g., misprinted, wrong color, blurred image)
- You received the wrong item
Australia: Under Australian Consumer Law, you are entitled to a replacement or refund if a product has a major fault, is not of acceptable quality, or does not match the description on our website.

European Union: 14-Day Right of Withdrawal
If your order is being shipped to the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, for any reason and without justification.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, and in its original packaging. You will also need your order number or proof of purchase.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision by means of a clear statement (e.g., an email) sent to:

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the 14-day period has expired.
Effects of Withdrawal
If you withdraw from the contract, we shall reimburse all payments received from you, including the cost of standard delivery to your adress(except for supplementary costs arising if you chose a type of delivery other than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us).
We will make the reimbursement without undue delay, and not later than 14 days after the day on which we received the goods. We will use the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction. In no event will you incur any fees as a result of such reimbursement.
We will withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back.
You shall send back the goods without undue delay, and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which you communicate your withdrawal. The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the period of 14 days has expired.
Return shipping costs: You will bear the direct cost of returning the goods.
Condition of returned goods: You are liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.

United Kingdom: 14-Day Cancellation Right
If your order is being shipped to the United Kingdom, under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods, for any reason and without justification.
To exercise your right to cancel, please contact us at info@igetitproject.com with a clear statement of your decision. The same conditions, timeframes, and process as described for EU customers above apply.
Return shipping costs: You will bear the direct cost of returning the goods to us.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned under any circumstances:
- Products that have been intentionally altered, modified, or damaged by the customer after delivery
- Products returned without prior authorization from our team
- Gift cards
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have (where a return is permitted), and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we've received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you'll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. If more than 15 business days have passed since we've approved your return, please contact us at info@igetitproject.com.
