All IGI Merch products are printed on demand — each item is freshly produced just for you after your order is placed. Please allow 1–3 business days for production before your order ships.
Shipping costs and delivery times may vary slightly depending on the product. You will always see the exact shipping cost at checkout before completing your purchase.

Order Processing
Every item is made to order. Please allow 1–3 business days for production. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number once your order has been dispatched.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking link. Please allow up to 48 hours after dispatch for tracking information to become active.
Customs & Import Duties
For orders shipped outside of the USA, European Union, United Kingdom, Australia, and Canada your package may be subject to customs duties and import taxes, which are determined by your country's customs authority. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in our shipping prices. We recommend checking with your local customs office before placing your order.

While we do our best to meet the delivery estimates above, occasional delays may occur due to high demand, carrier issues, customs processing, or events beyond our control.
